I didn't choose residential home development as a niche—I grew up in it.For years, I've worked alongside my family's home development company, which delivers around 100 homes every year.I've seen every stage of the business—from sourcing land and planning developments to marketing homes, qualifying buyers, following up enquiries, reserving properties, and seeing sales through to completion.That experience taught me one thing:Most developers don't lose sales because they build poor homes.
